Essendon Bowls Club was established in 1885 and caters for both Mens and Ladies lawn bowls. The club currently fields six Men’s pennant teams in the RVBA as well as two Ladies teams in the VLBA. The fantastic clubrooms provide an excellent venue for players and friends to socialise.
Electric Light Bowls is held on Wednesday night for new and old bowlers commencing at 7.00pm. New Bowlers are welcome to attend and enjoy a game of bowls and a sausage. Many current pennant players have started bowling on a Wednesday night and from there taken the next step to playing Saturday pennant.
